Upon your request, our skilled watchmaker will assess your timepiece and offer an estimate for the necessary work. If you’ve granted prior approval for the service, we’ll proceed with a thorough diagnosis to determine if any additional work is required. Service Preparation
Once the process commences, our watchmaker will prepare the case and bracelet for polishing, cleaning, and the installation of new seals. Furthermore, utmost care will be taken as the dial and hands are delicately removed and securely stored for safekeeping. Your timepiece is in capable hands as we proceed with precision and attention to detail during these essential steps.
The Case and Bracelet
The case and bracelet will undergo a meticulous refinishing process, aiming to restore them as closely as possible to the original factory finish. Subsequently, the case components will receive a thorough cleaning using ultrasonic technology to eliminate any dirt, grime, or polishing compound from the surfaces. This ensures not only a renewed aesthetic appeal but also a pristine, polished surface for your timepiece.
New Seals Will Be Replaced
Our watch maintenance includes the replacement of seals to enhance water resistance. Subsequently, each watch undergoes meticulous testing to ensure its capability to withstand water pressure.

Precision Reassembly and Timing Check
The watchmaker will assemble your watch after cleaning and oiling its moving components to ensure proper functioning. The first timing check and adjustment will be performed.
Dial and Hands Refitting and Final Timekeeping Check
After the movement is completed, the dial and hands will be refitted and then placed back into the watch case. Before closing the case, the watch will undergo a second timekeeping check and, if needed, will be adjusted to ensure its proper functioning within the manufacturer’s tolerance.

Ensuring Bracelet/Strap Fit and Automatic Winding Efficiency
Your watch’s bracelet or strap will be reattached to the watch head. If your watch is automatic, it will be placed on a cyclomat to simulate wrist movement and check the efficiency of the automatic winding mechanism.
